State-of-the-Art Inspection: Hexagon TIGO SF CMM and Automated Systems

Our Hexagon TIFO SF CMM is at the heart of our continuous inspection and industrial quality control processes. This automated coordinate measuring machine assesses the dimensionality of each piece to verify it against its design file and set tolerances within 2.2 µm across the X, Y, and Z axes. 

Autonomous Machining has invested in this TIGO SF unit because it provides highly accurate measurements even on busy factory floors, high temperatures, and harsh working conditions. It requires infrequent recalibration and little maintenance, so the quality inspection process never slows down our workflow.
